AP - Israel and Hamas have reached a deal to free a captured Israeli soldier held in the Gaza Strip in exchange for more than 1,000 Palestinian prisoners, both sides said Tuesday. It is not the first time Israel and Arab rivals have carried out such lopsided swaps:
